Our Pulled Pork smoked low and slow with salt, pepper, and seasoning. Served with our house BBQ sauce on the side. Available in 1/4 lb increments. We recommend about 1/2 -3/4 lb per person on average. If you’re not very hungry and just want to try it, we suggest ordering 1/4 lb.

Pork Spare Ribs smoked low and slow with salt, pepper, and garlic. Lightly sauced at the end. Available as a half rack (6 bones) or full rack (usually 12 bones). Can be ordered cut or uncut. Comes with a side of our house sauce.

Pulled Jackfruit is a great vegan pulled pork substitute. Our jackfruit is tossed in our special vegan BBQ Sauce. The sauce is thicker and is sweeter than our main house BBQ sauce, but pairs better with the jackfruit. Available in 1/4 lb. increments. Ⓥ
